The common question at a Goin' Places show: Who is that sexy, sweaty, loud man with the guitar? The answer: Richie Holes. Richie Holes entered the Staten Island punk rock scene as the guitarist/vocalist of the infamous Staten Island punk-trio, Yellow Teeth. Still a full-time member of Yellow Teeth, Richie is also part of the Goin' Places family. Let's take a trip down memory lane... Singing constantly throughout his life, Richie also learned how to play several instruments. Whether obtaining a mastery status or just being able to play a song, Richie developed skills in the following areas: the piano, recorder, clarinet, guitar, bass, drums, harmonica, trumpet, etc. Richie can not remember when he began to write music, whether it was short rhythm sections, lyrics, or an entire compisition. As Richie grew up, he learned to make use of his songwriting/instrumental skills in the world of punk rock bands. Richie also enjoys partying, girls, television, sleeping late, computers, studio engineering, etc. etc. etc.
